What is Sa&ho’s Refund Policy?

We only offer refunds for faulty items or if we cannot deliver the item you ordered. Strictly, no refunds for SALE items or 'change of mind.' We can offer a credit note in such cases.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The cost of sending the returns back is your responsibility, we also recommend that you use a traceable service as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us, so they can guide you through the exchange process and help resolve the problem.

If you received an item you didn't order

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

The new system allows any stock to be returned for any reason for a 100% money back guarantee within 3 months of the invoice date, allowing our customers the freedom to try our stock range. The loyalty program will commence on the 23-2-2019.
Terms and Conditions
1. Refund of stock only applies to orders made after 23-2-2019.
2. Refund amount will be referred back to the last invoice in which the product has been purchased after 23-2-2019.
3. Return postage date must be within 3 months of purchase invoice.
4. Return postage and postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging and unopened.
